All tariffs include a light breakfast served in our large and spacious breakfast room.

• All packages rates are per couple based on a double room or twin share.
• Children under 2 no charge
• Normal check in time 3pm - check out 10am
• GST (Goods and Services tax) is included in all prices
• All rates quoted subject to change without notice

Confirmation of Booking

To secure a confirmed booking, credit card details are required as security for the accommodation charges. This secures the room for the period of your intended stay and guarantees your room upon arrival. If you wish to stay beyond the period of your original booking we request that you advise us as soon as you are aware so that we may extend both the booking and your occupancy of your original room.

Cancellation Policy

While we always regret the necessity to impose charges upon guests who do not use the accommodation, we have found it necessary to make these charges in certain circumstances in the hope that it will encourage guests to assist us in advising of any travel changes at an early time to allow us to re-let the room with minimal loss.

The Old Vic Inn reserves the right to charge anybody that has a booking the following amounts:

• A 'no show' on the date booked will be at full room charge.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of the day booked will be at full charge.
• Cancellation within 2 weeks of day booked will be at 50% of charge of accommodation.
• Cancellation more than 2 weeks before booked date will incur a $50 administration fee.

The Old Vic Inn at all times will attempt to re let the rooms and in this case all monies will be refunded at the total discretion of the Old Vic Inn, Canowindra.
